Member Experience & Operation Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Community Relations Management – act as the primary contact for members and guests, addressing their needs and requests.
• Maintenance and Operations – ensure smooth operation of the space, coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders.
• Administration – handle client onboarding and invoice processing.
• Internal Communication – collaborate with experience management, operations, maintenance, and accounting teams.
• Fostering Community Life – organize events and activities that strengthen and unite the community.

Required profile

• Experience in office management, front‑desk customer service or a related field.
• High service awareness and strong organizational and planning skills.
• Versatility, dynamism and a task‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, high interpersonal skills and proactiveness.
• Ability to work in a team, strong work ethic and a bachelor’s degree (advantageous).
