About the role

Cato Networks is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage the full Israeli payroll cycle. You will ensure accurate, timely processing of payroll data while maintaining confidentiality and supporting HR and finance partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and update payroll data in the Hilan system and employee database.
  • Handle onboarding and termination paperwork and ensure compliance with Israeli tax, labor, and social benefit regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll queries from HR, Finance, Admin, insurers, and government authorities.
  • Maintain high service standards, confidentiality, and accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

  • Certified Payroll Controller with 2‑3 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli personal income tax, labour laws, and social benefits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
  • Hilan payroll system (preferable).
