Talent Acquisition Specialist (8‑month contract)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers across MKS sites in Israel, supporting both blue‑collar and white‑collar recruitment. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA in Bucharest, you will help shape recruitment best practices for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement best‑practice recruitment processes for local markets.
• Source active and passive candidates through digital campaigns, social media, and institutional partnerships.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑growth international business.
• Provide data‑driven transparency to hiring managers and HR.
• Develop new partnerships and organize career events to expand the talent pool.

Required profile

• Previous talent acquisition experience across all organization levels, preferably in an international setting.
• Ability to build and manage candidate pools, engage stakeholders, and continuously improve processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire and quality‑of‑hire.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, ADP or similar).
