About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to lead our expansion in the US market. You will identify, recruit and manage high‑value affiliate partners, influencers and strategic brand collaborations, driving traffic and ROI‑positive conversions for GlassesUSA.com.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an aggressive affiliate marketing strategy to drive high‑volume traffic and ROI‑positive conversions.
• Proactively scout, vet and onboard new affiliates, including large‑scale publishers, niche bloggers and loyalty/coupon sites.
• Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners to keep GlassesUSA.com as their top‑performing brand.
• Analyze performance data daily to optimize commissions, creative assets and conversion rates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and flat‑fee placements to secure premium visibility on partner sites.
• Ensure all messaging and offers align with US market trends and seasonal shopping behaviours.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Deep familiarity with the US consumer market and American digital media landscape.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; comfortable cold‑calling and securing better placements.
• Native‑level English communication with US‑based partners.
• Comfortable working with data and affiliate platforms to track performance.
• Proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
