Organizational Security Manager

About the role

Paragon is looking for an experienced Organizational Security Manager to lead physical security, security awareness, and security‑related projects. You will own end‑to‑end security operations while fostering a strong security culture across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage physical security operations, including access controls, security systems, monitoring, procedures and day‑to‑day activities.
• Lead the security operations/monitoring team, ensuring readiness and effective incident handling.
• Design and deliver information security awareness programs, employee training and culture‑building initiatives.
• Drive cross‑functional security and information‑security projects, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve controls and resilience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align security strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects in information security, corporate security, physical security or related fields.
• Strong technology orientation with cybersecurity knowledge or experience.
• High level of independence, ownership and hands‑on execution in a matrix environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
