Information Security Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Information Security Engineer you’ll be on the front lines of protecting systems, users and data at scale. The role turns strategy, architecture and intent into enforced controls, effective detections and resilient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architectural Ownership – Deploy, manage and tune enterprise‑grade security stacks (EDR, DLP, IAM, CASB, MDM) with deep integration and automation.
• The AI Frontier – Lead AI security initiatives, securing AI‑driven workflows, governing LLM use and protecting against data leakage and prompt injection.
• Proactive Defense – Build and maintain high‑fidelity detections and guardrails aligned with real‑world attack techniques.
• Cross‑Functional Synergy – Partner with Engineering, IT and DevOps to ensure security controls are frictionless, automated and effective.

Required profile

• Strategic Communication – Translate complex technical risks into actionable business intelligence for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative Influence – Foster strong partnerships with R&D and DevOps, championing “Secure‑by‑Design” principles.
• Crisis Management & Decisiveness – Maintain composure during high‑stakes incidents and drive risk‑based remediation.

Required skills

• 4+ years of hands‑on InfoSec engineering or SecOps experience in cloud‑native environments.
• AI Security mastery – practical experience securing AI adoption and defending against emerging AI threats.
• Deep technical stack – expertise in endpoint security (macOS, Linux), SaaS ecosystems and identity solutions (Okta, OIDC).
• Developer mindset – advanced Python scripting to automate security integrations and reduce manual toil.
