Onsite End User Support Technician

About the role

Excis is seeking a proactive Onsite End User Support Technician to deliver day‑to‑day local and remote desktop assistance in Israel. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues while ensuring high user satisfaction in a fast‑paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level support for Windows desktops, laptops, Office 365, Cisco Jabber and peripheral devices, both onsite and via remote tools.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain hardware, printers, AV equipment and mobile devices, performing break/fix and preventative maintenance.
• Manage Windows PCs through Active Directory, Group Policy, antivirus, encryption and endpoint management solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Document incidents, actions and resolutions in the ticketing system and communicate status to users and vendors.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Windows desktop support, service desk or similar technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• CompTIA A+, MCP or comparable certification.
• Willingness to work off‑hours, weekends or provide emergency support when needed.
