About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Line Manager to lead a team of 10‑12 employees on our flavor manufacturing line. The role ensures that filling and packaging operations run smoothly, safely and meet daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a crew of 10‑12 operators, assigning workstations and managing break schedules.
• Oversee efficient production on filling and packaging machine lines, ensuring raw material availability and proper setup.
• Monitor production waste, track finished‑goods output and report key performance indicators.
• Handle Level 2 technical issues, perform troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Maintenance, Quality, and Preparation to maintain high safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a team of at least five employees.
• Strong technical orientation toward machinery and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Hebrew (reading, writing and speaking).

Required skills

• Operation of computerized production systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Machinery operation and setup.
• Level 2 technical troubleshooting.
