About the role

We are a stable and growing company seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The role combines office management with high‑level executive assistance, requiring proactive organization and discretion.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, food, and refreshments.
  • Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and follow‑ups.
  • Prepare meeting participants and ensure all materials are ready in advance.
  • Handle administrative and personal assistance tasks for the CEO.
  • Collaborate with employees, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Follow up on tasks to completion and manage ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable.
  • Service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Assertive in following up and ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Independent, efficient, and adaptable to change.
