Medical Device Sales Representative – Orthopaedics Joints

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Representative to join its Orthopaedics – Joints team in the Central Region of Israel. You will be responsible for driving growth of surgical joint products in operating rooms by building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of surgical orthopaedic joint products through strategic prospecting and relationship building with surgeons, hospitals and medical centres.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers such as surgeons, operating‑room staff and procurement teams.
• Present and demonstrate Ethicon’s surgical solutions, highlighting features, benefits and clinical applications.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and increase market share.
• Provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle, from product inquiry to post‑sale follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey product value to clinicians.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the Central Region of Israel to meet customers.

Required skills

• Sales techniques and negotiation.
• Knowledge of orthopaedic joint surgical products is a plus.
