Medical Device Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Device Sales Representative will join Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Surgery team, focusing on the Central and Southern regions of Israel. You will be responsible for promoting and selling Ethicon’s surgical product portfolio to hospitals, operating rooms and healthcare professionals, helping to expand access to innovative, less‑invasive treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers, including surgeons, operating‑room staff and procurement teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers to drive product adoption.
• Present, demonstrate and communicate the clinical benefits of surgical devices.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to shape sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the surgical product line.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within medical or healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to clinicians.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is advantageous.
