Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop hydraulic and pneumatic flow systems, truss structures, lifting and erection solutions, and electromechanical assemblies. The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to deliver robust, optimized designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design hydraulic and pneumatic systems, truss and lifting structures, and electromechanical components.
• Evaluate design alternatives, prepare design reviews, and present solutions to customers.
• Create 3D models and detailed drawings using Siemens NX within a Teamcenter environment.
• Perform analytical calculations for fluid system design and support static/dynamic analysis.
• Manage interface documents and ensure coordination with analysis and other engineering disciplines.
• Support subcontractors and provide engineering assistance throughout manufacturing.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic design and analysis tools.
• Experience with NX CAD in a Teamcenter environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of static and dynamic analysis software such as ANSYS or Nastran is advantageous.
