Marketplace Project Manager

About the role

SeatPick is a fast‑growing B2C startup that acts as the “Skyscanner for live events”, helping fans discover and purchase tickets worldwide. The company is expanding into new markets and needs a proactive Project Manager to drive localization and geo‑expansion initiatives across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end localization and geo‑expansion projects across multiple global markets.
• Build, maintain, and own project plans, timelines, trackers, and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com, or similar.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal stakeholders, freelancers, and outsourced teams.
• Ensure all geo‑specific outputs meet quality, consistency, brand, and SEO standards.
• Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to scale localization and content operations efficiently.
• Adopt and champion an AI‑first approach to productivity, QA, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably with localization, content, or marketing projects.
• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and hands‑on experience with project‑management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel.
• High technical curiosity and comfort working with data, automation tools, and AI‑powered processes.
• Proven experience working with freelancers or outsourced teams; international team experience is a plus.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with strong problem‑solving skills and quick learning ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
