Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Gyro is a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup helping travelers claim compensation for flight disruptions. We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to design, build and optimise the systems, automations and customer journeys that power our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from acquisition through payout and retention, building and optimising lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and other channels.
• Manage and optimise HubSpot and the broader marketing tech stack, creating automations, workflows, lead routing, scoring and reporting systems.
• Monitor funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, run experiments to improve activation, conversion, retention and referrals, and create dashboards and reports that drive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships and customer success teams to launch campaigns, partnerships and growth initiatives while ensuring operational excellence as Gyro scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Growth Operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and building attribution and conversion tracking.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
