Marketing Manager

About the role

Draper is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and grow the Draper brand. You will own the product’s visual and verbal identity, drive inbound demand, and coordinate internal communications while working closely with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define Draper’s positioning in the AI marketing category, craft competitive narratives, and collaborate on pricing and packaging.
• Develop and maintain the brand identity, style guide, templates, and tone across decks, website, UI, and social channels.
• Create a comprehensive messaging architecture, including narratives, proof points, objection handling, and segment‑specific copy.
• Manage the full inbound funnel: content creation, SEO, paid media, lifecycle email, lead capture, routing, and conversion reporting.
• Own the website end‑to‑end, overseeing content, structure, SEO, and conversion optimisation, as well as organic social and PR touchpoints.
• Lead internal communications, including company updates, launch announcements, onboarding material, and the narrative around the Draper.ai pivot.
• Define marketing metrics, build reporting dashboards, and advise leadership on strategic adjustments.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a startup or agency environment.
• Proven track record owning product positioning and messaging with measurable impact.
• Comfortable working across brand, storytelling, CRO, SEO, analytics, and attribution.
• Daily user of AI tools and strong opinions on their practical value.
• Self‑starter who can operate without a playbook and communicate proactively.
