Marketing Manager

About the role

MAX Security is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and execute its global marketing strategy. This high‑impact position works closely with Sales and senior leadership to generate pipeline, strengthen the brand, and support business growth in the security and intelligence sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing plan and priorities.
• Drive demand generation across digital and outbound channels.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth.
• Own content strategy, messaging, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives to improve visibility and inbound growth.
• Plan webinars, events, and other lead‑generation activities.
• Partner closely with Sales on campaigns, enablement, and lead quality.
• Measure campaign performance and optimise based on data.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Proven track record driving lead generation and supporting revenue growth.
• Strong hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content, and campaign management.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams.
• Excellent project‑management and execution skills.
• Native‑level English (written and spoken).
• Experience in cybersecurity, security, intelligence, SaaS, or other complex B2B industries is a plus.
