Account-Based Marketing Manager – ISV Marketing (EMEA)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a results‑driven Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join the EMEA ISV & Workloads Partner Marketing team in Tel Aviv. You will design and execute high‑impact ABM programmes that accelerate cloud adoption, workload migration and partner growth across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for a portfolio of EMEA ISV accounts, translating AWS cloud, AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into business value.
• Analyse customer data, buying signals and market trends to optimise campaign strategy.
• Deliver multi‑channel programmes (events, digital, direct) that drive cloud adoption and workload migration.
• Track programme performance – pipeline influence, engagement scores and ROI – and continuously optimise.
• Develop joint marketing plans with key ISV accounts and manage Marketing Development Funds for integrated go‑to‑market activations.
• Support ISV partners through marketing enablement, content creation and joint customer engagements.
• Build strong relationships with EMEA sales teams, solutions architects and partner development managers, aligning ABM programmes with broader field marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account‑based marketing or partner marketing within the cloud or technology sector.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across sales, partner development and marketing functions.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously and drive operational excellence.
