Marketing Manager

About the role

Natasha Denona Makeup is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of end‑to‑end marketing strategies across its global beauty brand. The role will drive organic growth, oversee social media, affiliate, influencer and partnership programs, and ensure seamless collaboration with creative, product and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative, multi‑channel strategies to grow organic reach on all platforms.
• Own the brand’s social media presence, managing internal teams and external contractors.
• Direct the Affiliate department, tracking performance analytics and meeting sales targets.
• Lead influencer, UGC creator and business‑partner campaigns from goal setting to execution.
• Monitor real‑time trends, algorithm updates and emerging platforms, adapting content to maintain relevance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development and Influencer Relations for aligned campaign delivery.
• Utilise company software and platforms to measure and optimise campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in consumer goods, retail, digital commerce or fast‑paced lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Experience working with external agencies (marketing, media, PR).
• Strong project‑management, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
