Marketing Graphic Designer (Creative & Performance)

About the role

HT VET is a veterinary health‑technology company looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer who can turn raw video and photo material into high‑performing creative assets across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google and LinkedIn in all required ratios, creating hook, headline and image variations.
• Edit testimonial and clinic footage into short videos (15‑30 seconds) with captions, hooks and platform‑specific safe zones.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Firefly, Kling, etc.) to generate rapid variations, mockups and backgrounds.
• Create organic social posts, carousels and Reels for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, including reusable templates.
• Design website banners, landing‑page visuals and email graphics in HubSpot.
• Develop booth materials, presentations, one‑pagers and webinar screens for field events.
• Analyse weekly performance data (click‑through, CPL) and iterate creative based on results.

Required profile

• Strong design eye for typography, hierarchy, colour and composition.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects) to cut, caption and export assets.
• Experience using AI image or video tools, even on personal projects.
• High‑level English writing ability for hooks, headlines and social copy aimed at US/UK veterinarians.
• Ability to produce multiple variations quickly, take data‑driven feedback and stay organized.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience or a portfolio that demonstrates the required skills.
