Manual Assembler – Cleanroom Assembly

About the role

Join Philips' advanced medical device manufacturing team as a Manual Assembler working in a cleanroom environment. You will contribute to the production of high‑precision sensor modules for medical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into production teams at the Philips sensor factory.
• Assemble sub‑assemblies on designated workstations following detailed work instructions.
• Perform manual assembly tasks, including soldering and gluing, while maintaining cleanroom standards.
• Enter and update production data in the management system and generate required reports.
• Work flexible shift schedules to support continuous production.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling; professional studies in mechanics are a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manual assembly, soldering, and gluing is highly valued.
• Basic English reading skills (mandatory).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
