Logistics & Customer Experience Team Leader

About the role

SolarEdge is seeking a Logistics & Customer Experience Team Leader to own end‑to‑end supply chain activities within the Installation Unit. You will coordinate carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and installation of our smart energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all logistics operations for the Installation Unit, overseeing the full supply chain from procurement to delivery.
• Lead daily coordination with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service and external partners.
• Plan, implement and continuously optimise logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs and control reports to meet operational and business targets.
• Oversee distribution and delivery operations to end customers, handling scheduling, prioritisation and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and best practices across all logistics activities.
• Utilise ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Lead and manage the internal installation team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management with full responsibility for end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Proven background in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement and vendor management.
• Strong people‑management experience, including team leadership, development and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to use KPIs, data analysis and forecasting to drive operational decisions.
• Advanced experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Track record of identifying process gaps, implementing improvements and leading cost‑saving initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills across internal teams and external partners.
• In‑depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
