Light Technician (M/W) – Resort Shows

About the role

Club Med is looking for a motivated Light Technician (M/W) to join its Backstage team and bring resort events and shows to life. You will work in spectacular venues, from mountain peaks to sandy beaches, supporting high‑quality productions for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Install, wire and maintain lighting equipment for resort events and shows.
• Operate and animate LED walls on stage.
• Adjust spotlights, program lighting cues and test lights under show conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain the property’s technical assets.
• Collaborate with the Backstage team to deliver seamless productions.

Required profile

• Rigorous and technically proficient in lighting operations.
• Organised, able to prioritize tasks and manage actions efficiently.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes while understanding the impact on the guest experience.
