Learning & Organizational Development Partner

About the role

Riskified is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Partner to join its global team. The role will work closely with technology departments to boost organisational effectiveness and accelerate talent growth across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and department leaders to identify capability gaps and organisational development opportunities.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and external vendors to design and deliver learning solutions.
• Support HR Business Partners in change‑management initiatives within tech teams.
• Facilitate skills workshops and training sessions, both on‑site and virtually.
• Lead talent development initiatives and help employees create personal development plans.
• Monitor, measure and evaluate the impact of L&OD programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development, preferably in a technology company.
• Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and design effective learning interventions.
• Strong project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Curious, resourceful and a collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of learning concepts, methodologies and best practices.
• Workshop facilitation and training delivery experience.
• Project management and prioritisation.
