IT & System Administrator

About the role

Jeen.AI is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Administrator to own day‑to‑day IT operations. The role combines employee support, endpoint management, procurement, vendor coordination, and security compliance for a fast‑growing AI company.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support all company IT systems, troubleshooting issues and liaising with external service providers.
• Manage IT equipment and endpoints, handling new employee setups, user accounts, permissions, and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide technical support for macOS and Windows environments, using MDM tools such as Jamf and Apple Business Manager.
• Configure, deploy, and secure endpoints through imaging, device enrollment, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee software distribution and patch management with Microsoft Intune or PDQ Deploy.
• Administer users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Lead end‑to‑end IT procurement and vendor management, from quotes to invoices.
• Implement and maintain information‑security procedures, handle sensitive equipment, and support audits and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT operational role with vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undergo a security‑clearance process.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS administration.
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Jamf, Apple Business Manager, PDQ Deploy.
• Active Directory and Microsoft Office.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall.
• MDM tools and Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions.
