Inside Sales Representative – Electronics Distribution

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Petah Tikva. You will work closely with field sales engineers and act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and suppliers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Field Sales Engineers with daily tasks and communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Process orders, manage incoterms, and coordinate with the transportation department for shipping methods.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance on export documentation when required.
• Maintain and review the back‑order report to guarantee timely shipments.
• Expedite parts to meet customer delivery schedules and notify customers of any ship‑date changes.
• Organise and track sample shipments for customers.
• Handle leads generated from the website and vendor sources promptly.
• Update customer records in the internal system, including contact details, market segment, and application codes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronic component distribution.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships at all customer and supplier levels.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle is a plus.
