Information & Cyber Security Domain Manager

About the role

NESS is seeking an Information & Cyber Security Domain Manager to lead and shape the defence strategy for its IT systems. The role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams, defining security concepts, and ensuring robust protection across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and define the defence concept for IT systems and oversee its implementation.
• Guide and mentor security teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage work plans, monitor protection envelope documents, and accompany projects to ensure compliance.
• Initiate adoption of new defence technologies and analyse emerging cyber threats and risks.

Required profile

• Relevant academic education in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar security management role.
• Proven experience providing defensive security solutions for IT systems.
• Experience working with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams and handling information security incidents.
