About the role

Elbit Systems is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join the PMO team within its Aerospace Division in Haifa. The role focuses on building and managing project work plans, integrating schedules, and supporting program leadership to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project work plans and schedules using MS Project.
  • Create integrated project plans by analysing work interfaces and content planning.
  • Define critical paths, track progress, and monitor performance against defined goals.
  • Support project budget management and measure key performance indicators.
  • Identify and manage risks, providing regular status reports to senior management.

Required profile

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • Previous experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present insights at executive forums.
  • Independent work style and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
