Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Join a leading global organization as a Human Resources Specialist and take ownership of the full employee lifecycle. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with international exposure, helping to shape the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations and support performance management processes.
• Organize and lead employee engagement and welfare activities such as team‑building events, holiday celebrations, and company initiatives.
• Run end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and professional positions.
• Conduct advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding).
• Fluent near‑native English, both written and verbal.
• Solid recruitment experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter (advantage).
• Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and build excellent working relationships.
