Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees across our Israel operations. You will collaborate with local management and the EMEA HR team to align people strategies with business goals, drive engagement, and support organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership, advising managers on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent development, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws, handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
• Lead talent management initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for the Israel site, partnering with hiring managers and the regional Talent Acquisition team.
• Support compensation reviews, incentive plans, benefits administration, payroll accuracy, and HR operations.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience and coordinate employee engagement events, retention analysis, and communication activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• 5‑8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a broad HR generalist role.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
