HR Operations Manager – Israel

About the role

Tripledot Studios is seeking an HR Operations Manager to support its Israel workforce. You will act as the local HR expert, partnering with regional HR Operations and broader HR functions to deliver a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes for Israel, including onboarding, employee relations, changes, and off‑boarding.
• Conduct inductions, prepare paperwork, manage terminations and keep the Bob HRIS data accurate.
• Oversee payroll by liaising with a third‑party vendor, submitting inputs, reviewing reports and resolving queries.
• Administer local benefit plans, handle CPD fund requests and manage renewals.
• Support mobility and relocation activities to and from Israel in line with group policy.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on Israeli HR operations and employment legislation for employees and global HR partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining a strong people experience.
• Assist with HR projects, programmes, events and meeting coordination as required.

Required profile

• Solid HR experience at a manager level.
• Proven track record managing HR operations in Israel.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Familiarity with using an HRIS, preferably the Bob system.
