Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Glow is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing security platform. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, design hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans and provide market insights.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
• Strengthen Glow’s employer brand through referrals, networking, and community engagement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting software engineers and building technical talent pipelines.
• Experience hiring for product, security, data, design, research or similar functions is a plus.
• Strong sourcing abilities and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
