About the role
As a Guest Relation Agent at Club Med Resorts, you will be the primary point of contact for international guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, memorable, and aligned with the brand’s high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor guest stays and proactively address any needs to build loyalty.
- Respond to guest requests, including translation, local information, and special services.
- Support the Front Desk team to streamline the overall guest experience.
- Identify upselling opportunities and suggest them to the manager.
- Report service malfunctions or guest complaints and propose effective solutions.
Required profile
- Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
- Helpful, attentive, and solution‑oriented.
- Comfortable interacting with international visitors.
- Fluent in at least two languages.
