Global Operations Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

KLA is looking for a highly motivated Global Operations Planner to join its Supply Chain organization. The role focuses on daily monitoring and execution of parts support for new tool builds, acting as the single point of orchestration for urgent needs and ensuring on‑time delivery while minimizing impact.

Key responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and initiate parts movements to support tool builds and urgent requirements.
• Coordinate across planning, manufacturing services, and logistics in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, MS, and Logistics teams to ensure rapid execution and alignment.
• Analyze and publish KPIs and supply‑chain metrics using Excel and BI tools.
• Identify trends, gaps, and drive continuous process improvements for efficiency, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a global or cross‑regional environment, preferably in a capital‑equipment company.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressure.
