Buyer – PCB Procurement (Yavne)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Buyer to join our PCB Procurement team in Yavne, managing a portfolio of Israeli suppliers that support the PCB division’s production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for assigned Israeli suppliers.
• Own supplier relationships, including performance, delivery, quality, and capacity planning.
• Lead RFQs, cost analysis, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Resolve supply‑chain issues, shortages, quality concerns and production escalations.
• Support New Product Introduction, engineering changes and product transfers.
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews and performance meetings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance and Logistics.
• Analyze supply‑chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support inventory optimisation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Maintain procurement data and transactions within SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or operations.
• Experience working with manufacturing suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
