Global Digital Content Lead

About the role

At Sodastream, part of PepsiCo, we are seeking a strategic Global Digital Content Lead to drive the creation of impactful consumer‑facing content across our Global Marcom organization. This role will shape how digital content is created, adapted, and scaled across global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital content for global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from briefing through delivery.
• Translate brand and category strategies into compelling, platform‑native content experiences for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Define best‑practice guidelines and modular content methodologies, driving adoption of GenAI and emerging technologies.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, production partners, the Design Center and DTC stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage, coach and develop a Digital Content Specialist while building a scalable content ecosystem for global markets.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in digital content development, content marketing, creative production or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to independently lead initiatives, shape strategic agendas and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across brand, media, CRM and regional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools and AI‑driven content creation.
• Deep expertise in platform‑native content development for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and emerging digital platforms.
