Founding Sales Development Representative

About the role

PlexAI is looking for its first Sales Development Representative to build the outbound engine that will fuel growth. You will work directly with the founders, shaping outreach strategy and creating a pipeline for a fast‑growing AI platform serving commercial real‑estate investors, developers, lenders and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a qualified pipeline across commercial‑real‑estate investors, developers, lenders, debt funds and banks throughout the United States.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls, send multi‑channel messages and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers and execute outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email.
• Represent PlexAI as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the founders to continuously improve messaging, outreach tactics and sales processes.
• Help design and scale the outbound motion from day one.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales or other customer‑facing roles.
• Enjoys cold calling and building relationships over the phone.
• Fluent English with a professional accent and excellent communication skills.
• Competitive, resilient, highly organized and comfortable working US business hours.
• Willingness to work from the Netanya office on a hybrid schedule.
