About the role
We are looking for a qualified Flight Dispatcher to join our operations team. The role involves planning and releasing flights while ensuring strict adherence to operational and regulatory requirements in a 24/7 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, file and release flight plans for scheduled and unscheduled flights.
- Monitor flight progress and make real‑time adjustments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with pilots, crew, ground handling and air traffic control to communicate any changes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with aviation regulations.
- Respond promptly to operational disruptions, weather changes, or technical issues.
Required profile
- Valid Flight Dispatcher license (mandatory).
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Proven ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in airline operations is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Familiarity with flight planning systems and procedures.
