Logistics Assistant

About the role

Steconfer, a global railway infrastructure specialist, is looking for a proactive Logistics Assistant to support its operations in Israel. Based in Petah Tikva, you will ensure smooth onboarding, housing coordination, and personal administrative assistance for expatriate employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical care for expatriates, schedule appointments and provide live translation in Hebrew and Spanish.
• Handle emergencies by escorting or transporting employees to local emergency rooms.
• Coordinate relocations, prepare furnished apartments for new arrivals and oversee departure logistics.
• Liaise with Finance and Management on rent contracts, renewals and payments.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlords, addressing maintenance and lease issues.

Required profile

• Fluency in Hebrew and Spanish; strong English proficiency is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, relocation, HR support or expatriate administration.
• Valid Israeli driver’s license with a clean record for urgent transport.
• High empathy, strict confidentiality and ability to stay calm under pressure.
