Financial Sales Representative

About the role

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is looking for energetic individuals to join its Israeli sales team as Financial Sales Representatives. You will work on‑site in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem or Bet Shemesh, covering U.S. market hours and helping small businesses secure funding.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and build a personal book of business.
• Negotiate funding terms and close deals with small‑business owners.
• Develop relationships with investors and other financial service providers.
• Lead and train junior agents, earning commission on their performance.
• Manage multiple teams or open a new PMF branch as you progress.
• Optionally fund clients directly from your own pocket and retain a larger share of revenue.

Required profile

• Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• High energy and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about finance and business development.
• Open to leadership opportunities and team management.
• Backgrounds such as IDF combat or Orthodox experience are valued, but not mandatory.
