Financial Project Manager

About the role

abra is looking for a Financial Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects that integrate innovative digital solutions with existing core financial systems. You will work closely with senior managers, technology leaders, and business partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, handling scheduling, task management and milestone tracking.
• Monitor project risks, remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Synchronize new digital systems with legacy core financial platforms.
• Collaborate with senior management and technology teams to maintain full alignment.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies and overall lifecycle.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of complex financial processes and hands‑on experience with financial data.
• Proven experience using Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Previous experience managing AI‑based projects and process automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (advantage).
