Financial Controller

About the role

Medison is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to own regional gross margin and drive core financial processes across its global partnership network. This senior position will shape financial modeling, monthly closing, profitability analysis and internal controls, working closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue and cost accounting, ensuring end‑to‑end processes, controls and accurate reporting.
• Handle complex revenue and cost transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that reflect contractual terms and accounting requirements.
• Perform detailed monthly analyses and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee timely monthly closing, financial reporting and inventory management in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with external partners for periodic reporting and audit coordination.
• Work with legal, finance, operations, IT and regional stakeholders to streamline operations and reporting.
• Review legal agreements to ensure proper financial alignment and accounting treatment.
• Maintain price lists, discounts and pricing exceptions.
• Lead ad‑hoc financial projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a mandatory CPA license.
• Graduate of a Big 4 accounting firm.
• 7–10 years of experience in a similar role within global organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
