Experienced Technical Recruiter – Technology Services

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Recruiter to join a leading technology services company in Petah Tikva. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, partnering with private and government clients and guiding candidates from first contact to final placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, screening, and candidate evaluation for technology roles.
• Source and identify candidates through social networks, especially LinkedIn.
• Conduct in‑depth phone interviews and professional assessments.
• Support candidates throughout the hiring journey, from initial contact to final stage.
• Present and promote candidates to account managers and strategic clients.
• Collaborate with leading private and government sector clients.
• Achieve recruitment targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience conducting detailed phone interviews.
• Familiarity with OS recruitment processes.
• Ability to thrive under high pressure while meeting targets.
• Strong motivation and desire for professional growth.
