Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Riskified is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to act as the primary representative for our most important merchants. You will help them maximize the value they receive from our AI‑powered fraud and risk intelligence platform, ensuring their satisfaction and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for our most important merchants, including Fortune 500 companies and fast‑growing startups.
• Build, monitor and communicate key performance indicators, conducting in‑depth analysis to help clients maximize the value of Riskified’s platform.
• Identify and lead upsell opportunities while collaborating with product, analytics, data‑science and development teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Assist new customers during onboarding and support long‑term expansion planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise client‑facing role with strong international exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources.
• Proactive problem‑solver who works well in cross‑functional teams.
