Data Scientist – GenAI & ML

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can transform generative AI models into concrete business solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with engineering and business teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end ML and AI pipelines, from data exploration and feature engineering to model training and evaluation.
• Fine‑tune large language models, create embeddings, manage vector stores and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Deploy models to production together with ML engineers, DevOps and software developers.
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and retrain models as needed.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve ML/AI methodologies and team workflows.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong proficiency in Python and major machine‑learning libraries.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with generative AI and large language model technologies is a significant advantage.
