Cyber Security Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Cyber Security Analyst to lead our SIEM/SOC operations and drive the implementation of security platforms across the organization. The role blends monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and end‑to‑end ownership of security tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mature the SIEM/SOC program by building detection rules, use cases, and correlation logic.
• Lead cyber‑monitoring operations and maintain incident‑response playbooks.
• Deploy, integrate, and test 20‑40 security platforms, managing implementation projects with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify, track, and analyze relevant cyber threats and design SOAR‑style automation workflows.
• Define measurement criteria, monitor compliance with information‑security policy, and run ongoing security controls.
• Produce insights from defense, control, and monitoring systems and build tailored dashboards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in cyber security and security operations.
• Proven experience implementing and integrating security solutions in production environments.
• Strong documentation skills (high‑level and low‑level design).
• Project‑management capability to drive implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a mid‑size to large organization; financial‑sector experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Security+, vendor SIEM certs) are advantageous.
