Customer Support Specialist

About the role

FINQ is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help customers succeed with its AI‑driven financial products. You will be the main point of contact, guiding users through onboarding and ensuring they get the most out of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Guide new users through the onboarding process and product usage.
• Proactively identify customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
• Spot upselling opportunities and recommend tailored solutions.
• Work closely with Product teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
• Monitor feedback and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role (service, success, sales, or support).
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to flexible scheduling.
