Customer Success Manager

About the role

Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems, helping teams plan, change, and govern with speed and confidence. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong technical background in Salesforce to help customers achieve their desired outcomes using Sweep.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post‑sale contact for customers, managing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success.
• Develop success plans, business reviews, and performance metrics tied to customer goals.
• Maintain and renew customer contracts on a yearly basis.
• Identify and convert upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning Sweep’s capabilities to evolving customer needs.
• Build a deep understanding of each customer’s Salesforce architecture, GTM processes, and data structure to guide adoption of Sweep’s platform.
• Configure and optimise Sweep within Salesforce environments, providing hands‑on technical guidance during rollout.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer feedback, use cases, and feature requests.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Salesforce consulting, or technical account management within a B2B SaaS or systems integration environment.
• Proven success driving adoption and value realization in complex, data‑driven environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with admins, operations leaders, and executives.
