Creative Marketing & Motion Designer

About the role

Lightricks is seeking a Creative Marketing & Motion Designer to join the Facetune marketing team. You will craft high‑impact motion videos and striking visual assets that power performance‑marketing campaigns across global social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual and motion video ads for social media, App Store showcases, and other marketing channels.
• Create fresh, eye‑catching storytelling concepts on a daily basis.
• Experiment with the latest AI‑powered creative tools to enhance workflow and output.
• Own projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency with Facetune’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and performance teams to brainstorm ideas and solve creative challenges.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in motion design, creative design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality motion and visual work, preferably for digital or social platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
• Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to convey ideas through design.
• Formal training in visual communication, graphic design, or a related discipline is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects.
• Figma.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven creative platforms (e.g., generative video tools).
• Webflow (optional).
