Corporate Controller

About the role

Natasha Denona Makeup is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Controller to lead its accounting function across global operations. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax authorities, VAT, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, support annual audits, and work closely with external auditors.
• Oversee cash‑flow reporting, balance‑sheet analysis, and intercompany transactions.
• Partner with FP&A and operational teams for budgeting and business decision support.
• Maintain the ERP system, mentor accounting team members, and report directly to the CFO.

Required profile

• CPA qualification with Big 4 experience (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller in a global, fast‑growing environment.
• Proven experience with US entities and international subsidiaries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and independent work capabilities.
