Content & Editorial Lead

About the role

The Content & Editorial Lead will shape and execute the company’s content vision across all channels, driving customer engagement, brand awareness and conversion. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines strategic planning with hands‑on creation of high‑impact editorial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the overall content strategy, aligning it with business objectives, customer insights and brand positioning.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive content ecosystem, including messaging architecture, editorial framework and content roadmap.
• Translate business goals into annual content plans that support acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion.
• Write, edit and refine high‑impact content for email, SMS, push notifications, website, landing pages, blog, SEO, paid ads, video scripts, TV/radio spots, product launches, social media and marketing collateral.
• Lead the editorial direction and ongoing optimization of the website and blog, establishing standards for quality, clarity and consistency.
• Identify and pursue strategic content opportunities that differentiate the brand and drive growth.

Required profile

• Proven ability to think strategically while delivering excellent copy and editorial work.
• Strong performance‑marketing mindset with experience measuring and improving content effectiveness.
• Comfortable managing complex, cross‑functional content initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
